Here are answers to some common questions. 
  • What are your business hours?

    Please see our Contact page for a full listing of business hours.

  • How do I make payment?

    Payment can be made by bank transfer or card (all major cards accepted).

  • Where do I get my supplements?

    If supplements are recommended, for your ease I would organise delivery from the supplier directly to your home. Or, if you prefer, you can source your supplements directly.


    Please note, I am not affiliated to any supplier, with no financial gain, and will only recommend supplementation dependent on individual need.


  • How many consultations will I need?

    On average people have between 3- 6 consultations, however this can range from people having a ‘one off’ appointment to get them on the right track, to people having a regular 6 monthly MOT.

  • How much will it cost?

    Cost will be dependent on what sort of service you require.  Please send an enquiry and I will give you an idea of the costings. 

  • If I’m Vegetarian / Vegan / or following a restricted dietary regime, would you be able to help?

    Absolutely!

  • What happens if I am already taking pharmaceutical medication?

    As a fully trained Clinical Nutritionist I would be able to provide you with a dietary and supplemental protocol that would not contraindicate your pharmaceutical medication.
